About the Role

We are seeking a Infrastructure EUC Architect to augment our client’s project delivering project outcome. The Role is highly Technical but also includes service and process components. 

Duties 

•        Provide Technical Governance 
•        Develop and design cost effective solutions which meet requirements while aligning to standards and policies.
•        Develop and maintain the best possible service experience for customers and staff
•        Develop Roadmaps, improvements, efficiencies for the Services   
•        Business Continuity planning and operational risk management for end user technologies

Skills & Experience

To successfully deliver this project / support this network/system etc you will need:

•        Strong experience in IT Service for large corporations 
•        Experience in all the following with extensive experience in

  1. ASD Essential 8 (Highly Desirable)
  2. Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop
  3. Microsoft Exchange / Skype
  4. Active Directory
  5. SCCM / Inture
  6. Office 365
  7. MS OS / SOE
  8. Mobile device Management
  9. Unified Communications / Pexip / Cisco Telepresence
  10. AV technology / Meeting room setups
  11. Hardware both PC and Mobile
  12. IP networking
  13. VMware ES

•        Ability to build Customer relationships / Capable of building organisational relationships
•        Strong delivery focus
•        Demonstrated strong technical, analytical and problem solving ability
•        Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and practices
•        Strong knowledge of Cyber-security 
•        managing macros - Cyber security 

•        
Ability to write reports, procedures and business correspondence
