We are seeking a Service Desk Analystfor our automation client’s project. Joining us on an initial 12 month contract and based in Brisbane you’ll be interacting with users in being responsible for providing them support in handling incidents and requests; acting as the 'front-face' of the Information Management Department. 
This will include:

  • 1st/2nd line remote and face to face support 
  • Reporting to IM Services Team Lead
  • Escalations 

To secure and succeed in this contract, you will need:

  • Service desk and support functions experience in a service-oriented organisation
  • Recognised capacity to deliver, develop and maintain efficient knowledge articles.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrate well developed interpersonal and communication skills while working within a team environment
