We are currently looking for a Technical Consultant to join our highly successful (CX) customer experience business unit, based in Melbourne. 

You will have five key areas of focus:

  • Solve unique and complex problems, typically requiring conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions.
  • Design and implement complex solution presentations and demonstrations whilst building trust with the customer ability to meet the business requirements.
  • Partner with Sales to provide client technical vision and roadmaps that align with customer needs.
  • Guide customers to make strategic decisions that appropriately balance their competing needs for short-and long-term goals while ensuring solutions also meet Dimension Data’s long-term strategic vision.
  • Provide technical estimates and mentor development leads on technical estimates.

To secure and succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in similar role within a large scale (preferably multi- national) technology services environment
  • Solid knowledge in Contact Centre analysis, conceptual architecture, design, development, and application deployment of large contact centre application systems.
  • Ability to consult and presenting customer solutions in dynamic environments.
  • Experience in working in cloud environments.
  • Project experience with software engineering and consulting in Enterprise environments.
