We are seeking a position Level 1 Technical Support to augment our Real Estate client’s project. Joining us on an initial 3 month contract and based in Mt Waverley. 

 

This will include: 

  • Windows environment (Win 7 and 10), ~1700 users across four states and 150+ locations
  • The ticketing system will be Jira Service Desk and Confluence.
  • There are 50+ apps, some are common such as Dynamics 365 and Office 365

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Entry level with some IT experience, ITIL certified (e.g. v3 or v4)
  • Strong Communication Skills - phone based
  • Experience with Windows environment (Win 7 and 10). Dealt with 1000 + users.
