They are looking for an Account Manager to join the Solutions Team on a permanent basis based in their awesome new state of the art offices in Barangaroo.

About the role….
This role is responsible for the client experience. It is a varied role involving client relationship management as well as new business activity, revenue retention and growth from both new and existing clients. This role ensures clients are utilising and adding maximum value to their organisation by using the products to its full potential. It requires excellent customer service, commercial acumen and business skills all with a solid background in the Financial Planning Industry.

About you….
To be successful in this role you will understand how boutique financial planning companies operate, across both technical and practice management knowledge. You will understand legislation and compliance and be able to make recommendations about how these boutique operations can better manage compliance along with how to improve efficiencies and processes. You will act as the conduit between the end client and the internal specialists in providing superb solutions. You will have strong business acumen and communication skills with the ability to deal diplomatically with difficult personalities. You will be technically savvy with an understanding of Wealth Management software, e.g. COIN or XPLAN functionality and features and an aptitude for technology.
